Josephine Market Place

Located to the northeast of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, the Josephine Market Place sits on approximately 14 acre tract that has been subdivided into 4 lots.  The first lot (1.4 acres) has been developed into a gas station with convenience store.  Engineering Concepts & Design provided platting, regulatory agency approval and civil engineering services for this project.

Regency Steel Business Campus, Wylie, Texas

Situated on approximately 4 acres of land off of FM 544 and Regency Drive in Wylie, Texas.  The business campus will consist of 11 buildings ranging in size from 4,200 sf - 9,000 sf.  Engineering Concepts & Design provided platting and engineering services for this project.

RDO Equipment Company, Fort Worth, Texas

The RDO Equipment Company site is located on 7.8 acres at northwest corner of NE Loop 820 and Mark IV Parkway in Fort Worth, Texas.  Engineering Concepts & Design provided platting and engineering design services for approximately 1,100 LF waterline improvements, 220 LF sanitary sewer improvements and drainage improvements to serve the 36,400 sf building.

Waxahachie Market Place & Cotton Patch, Waxahachie, Texas

Waxahachie Market Place is located off US 77 approximately half a mile south of US 287.  The Market Place is situated on approximately 12 acres in the southwest corner of the intersection of Indian Drive and US 77.  Engineering Concepts & Design provided surveying, platting and civil engineering services for this project.

 

Birmingham Business Park, St. Paul, Texas

Birmingham Business Park is located off of Park Boulevard and Parker Road in St. Paul Texas.  The business park consists of 7 buildings ranging in size from 2,400-9,600 sf buildings and is situated on a 5.50 acre tract.
