Todd Wintters founded Engineering Concepts & Design in 2000 as a firm focusing in residential and commercial land development.  In 2006, Engineering Concepts & Design diversified by adding key staff members fortifying our development services division and creating a landscape architecture division to offer our clients a more complete array of services.  We expanded our line of service again in 2007 by adding a municipal/public works division.  Today, Engineering Concepts & Design is a full service civil engineering and surveying firm offering a complete line of commercial and residential development, municipal and landscape architecture services.  By offering a complete line of services, we can better serve our clients and handle any project related challenges that may come our way.
